What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details you type in: your name, email, and shipping address. When you pay, card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe handles those, and they never touch our servers.
Your cart is stored locally in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That data lives on your device, not ours.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Process, fulfil, and ship your order
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates
- Respond when you contact us
- Handle returns and refunds
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what a partner needs to do its job: Stripe for payment processing and our carrier for delivery. Each is bound by its own privacy terms. See our Cookie Policy for how browser storage is used.
Your rights
