Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Final-sale items, if any, are marked as such on the product page.

1. Email runoffboutique@gmail.com with your order number
2. We send a prepaid label within one business day
3. Drop the parcel with any carrier location

Once your return is received and checked, we issue a refund to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is on us.

Want a different size or piece? Return the original for a refund and place a new order so the size you want isn't held while your return is in transit. Questions? Hit the contact page.
